By accessing this website, purchasing subscriptions for School Axis School ERP, or initiating custom IT web and application development projects from Savarna Cloudtech Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Credentials & Safety

School administrations are entirely responsible for keeping individual portal password credentials secure. Any unauthorized logins or data breaches due to password exposure must be reported immediately to our tech support department.

3. Payments, Renewals & Fees

• ERP Subscriptions: Software subscriptions are billed annually or monthly based on the contract agreement.
• Grace Periods: Schools will receive dynamic reminders before subscription renewal deadlines. Inactive portals will be temporarily suspended after the grace period until dues are processed.
• Custom Development: Custom dashboard requirements or CBSE marksheet updates are quoted separately and subject to separate delivery agreements.

4. Permissible Usage Guidelines

Users are prohibited from:

• Attempting database SQL injection, API brute forcing, or unauthorized server access.
• Uploading corrupted binary files, malware vectors, or non-educational details on student profile drives.
• Redistributing, selling, or reverse-engineering proprietary code frameworks belonging to School Axis or Savarna Cloudtech.

5. Support Service Levels (SLA)

Our support agents maintain an average ticket resolution time of less than 2 hours during core working hours (Mon-Sat, 8 AM - 5 PM). Emergency issues (e.g. system uptime halts) are addressed immediately.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. All legal actions or disputes related to our services fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gaya, Bihar.
